Advance Residency

This 3-year residency program is designed to train and equip people for ministry while also meeting the church's staffing needs as we enter the next phase of ministry. We have received much counsel from the Acts 29 Network and other residency leaders around the country to design a program that benefits both the residents and the church. Our desire is for many people, who are called by God into vocational ministry, to participate in the program over the coming years.

To qualify for our residency program, applicants must sense a call from God into ministry. They are then required to fill out a rigorous assessment provided by Acts 29. If received into the program, residents must work 24 hours per week for the church. During these hours they will receive practical ministry experience while completing theological training as a student in Advance Institute. This is a big commitment for the church as well as for the residents and their families!
